REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (marked as such)
  • Customized products

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Initiate your return through our online portal
  2. Print the prepaid return label
  3. Securely package items including the original packing slip
  4. Drop off at any authorized carrier location

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A $8 restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement

EXCHANGES
We currently only offer refunds. For exchanges:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label
  • Upon verification, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

RETURN SHIPPING

  • US returns include a prepaid label ($8 deducted from refund)
  • International customers must arrange and pay for return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages
