REFUND POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (marked as such)
- Customized products
RETURN PROCESS
- Initiate your return through our online portal
- Print the prepaid return label
- Securely package items including the original packing slip
- Drop off at any authorized carrier location
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A $8 restocking fee applies to all returns
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement
EXCHANGES
We currently only offer refunds. For exchanges:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label
- Upon verification, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any applicable customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
RETURN SHIPPING
- US returns include a prepaid label ($8 deducted from refund)
- International customers must arrange and pay for return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost return packages
